You could try one of those:

    Hi Red! Try Iso-o-matic:
    http://aminet.net/package/util/conv/iso-o-matic-os3
It works flawless but you will need ClassAct... uhu.. Maybe that sounds a little bit heretic?!? :-P
The following input formats are supported:
    - b5i
    - bin
    - c2d
    - cdi
    - cso (Compressed ISO)
    - daa
    - dax
    - dmg
    - gi (?)
    - img (CloneCD)
    - iso
    - mdf (Alcohol)
    - nrg (Nero)
    - pdi
    - raw
    - toast (same as iso)
    - uif
and output are -iso and -cso (compressed iso). If you don't have Workbench 3.x you can download ClassAct here:

I had the same task yesterday. http://aminet.net/package/disk/misc/ccd2iso worked fine for me.

Slam dunk! Man, thank you! That is a great utility and exactly what I was looking for! I can live with Classact if the utility works that good!
