I just started MOS 2.7 and it claimed about it cannot load one of the pictures as background which come with MOS:

EDIT: OWB does not upload the Grab.png that I selected. I had to uplaod it somewhere else.

Yes, it's the same. Most of the time tzhe picture can be loaded but sometimes not. It always is the same picture, it always is the same datatype. So when the bug is present since 2.0 then this is a real long time not fixing this issue.
