Hi folks!

I was browsing the web and came across www.pegasos.com which is owned by T-Mobile!

On their site they talk about Pegasos as a concept for mobile radio:
"Pegasos is a concept. On the one hand, it is a computer-aided tool for implementing mobile radio systems all over the world."

So what I'm wondering is Who owns the legal rights to the name "Pegasos"??? T-Mobile? Genesi?

Could this be why Bill et al keep trying to get us to think of a new name for the platform??

Over to you guys to give an answer to my curiosity!
