Whenever I copy a drawer from an external drive or from the ram drive, the copied drawer is invisible unless I select "all Files" from the containing drawer. example: I put the E-AUE in the Applications Drawer. It does not show up unless I select all files. How do I make them show up as normal icons?

You have to add an icon file to the drawer. It is a file having the same name as the drawer, but *.info extension. One of ways to create it is to use right mouse button over the drawer, select Information. Then you just drag some other icon from another Ambient window (this another icon must be visible without "show all files") and drop it onto icon image shown in Information window. Then press Save.
