Can we, as a community stop griping about how you think MorphOS should be x86 and how we can compete and such. Reality is, we can't, we won't and I'm tired of the spam regarding it, all it ever ends in is frustration and endless debating which is an infinite loop. Instead, we should focus on helping out the other members and stop worrying about whats the future of this community, time will tell and we have several Mac models to go.

Please don't turn into some AW.net primadonna on us now. There is no spam problem here...

1st of all I like to stress that I don't think a x86-switch would be good today, not because x86 is bad but because of doubt about wether MorphOS-x86 would be able to deliever the same high-quality Amiga-feeling in the forseeable future.

That offcourse does not justify closing my eyes over some basic facts:

PPC for desktop (and laptops) has been dead for years now, so performance is more then lacking compared to current x86-chips.

X86s of today can be quiet, efficient and powerfull at the same time.

Trying to rewrite history (like whats killed BeOS) isn't gonna helo anybody.
