I have retail Leopard install disk..
I would like to reinstall MorphO2.4
A dual boot with MorphOS the priority.
Four partitions on the Morph side
A System: Work: Data: Data1:(FAT files).
Can I avoid reintalling the Mac OS?
The Dual Boot had three partitions as the defacto set up.
    TIA ;-)
three partitions now work system data on the morph side

Sure, delete the existing MorphOS(SFS) partition, and than use the freed space to create as many partitions as you like.

Don't forget that when you delete existing MorphOS partition, you will loose all current settings, libraries, mui classes etc. so some applications might not be working straight away after reinstalling MorphOS.

The partitions on the MOrph side (Boot and System) are now corrupt. The Mac Partition is ok. Going back to Morph Install CD and try the manual install again with an eye to delete the system and boot partitions and subdivide into four partitions: System: Boot: Data: Data:(fat file system) to add to the MacX already on the drive.

The installation is in its beta stage so its a bit morphic sorry for the pun.
I realize it will be work in progress for a bit :-o :-o :-o

The advice from the team fell on deaf ears on changing files and third party ornaments :-)

Just follow the dualboot guide from the MorphOS installation part and resize the big partition (1st big, dh1 IIRC) for the MorphOS smaller and create new similar partitions to the empty space. Shouldn't be difficult. If you don't want to make new partitions in install stage yet, just leave empty space there and add extra partitions later with HDConfig on MorphOS.
