Thank-you all for the posts for Osco in the cave! Yesterday I had the MORMAC up and was browsing with OWB. It hit some hitches (yahoo mail) but no matter. Ready to start and with the manuals
should get up to speed. I was one of the past Amiga users who took advantage of MorphOS 2.4, got a $256.00 Mac Mini off of ebay; got the right keyboard and mouse, and installed the system with the forum's help.
    Laters,
    Osco :-)

Glad you are enjoying this new and really good release of MorphOS!
    ...I envy you a little... I haven't downloaded the 4.2 version yet... ;-)
Obviously, I'm kidding.... I really hope MorphOS could overcome that line!

If you want to use Yahoo mail with OWB you need to enable the experimental cookies. To do that open the OWB settings from the drop down menu under "Preferences" and select the"Network" section and enable the "Experimental cookie system". Save and restart OWB and you should be able to access Yahoo mail. At least that works for my Girlfriend's account ;-)

    Oh great. Thanks.

It was driving me bonkers that I had to use m.yahoo.com to access Yahoo! Mail. At least this way I can access the old version. It also seems to make Gmail work a bit better. Now the full version almost works completely (with the normal cookie system I could only get the basic version working right).

    No problem ;-)
One thing though - If you want to use paypal, you'll have to switch it back off again :-(

Both cookie systems currently suck yes, differently. But at least i give choice there. :)
The new one (completely done by OWB authors) will be the one used in the end, but it certainly needs more work. The old system relies on CURL cookie handling.

If you have downloaded OWB 1.5, go to settings->network section and choose the browser to spoof as.

If you're still using OWB 1.4 (or older), you need to type in a shell:
setenv OWB_USER_AGENT "the browser user agent string"
    and then you run OWB.
But i advise you just use OWB 1.5, it's easier.
