    All,
    regretably I have to bow out of the scene and would like my system to go to a good home. I find I just do not have the time to dedicate to this anymore.

    You can sort of see my system here:

    Pegasos initial build

    Since the initial build there has been a Catweasel, SCSI card, TV card added. I also have Voodoo3 AGP lying around that I will throw in.

    System has 256MB RAM and (I think) a 60GB 7.2k RPM hard drive.

    Very nice case (case alone worth over $100).

    I am not interested in parting the system out unless someone is really desperate for mobo and cpu only at a good price.

    priv msg me on Morphzone for more details, pictures etc.

    Sad day... :-(

    Of course if I can't get a good price on it..I'll keep it, but sad to have this thing stuck there doing nowt! :-(

    House, 3 year old, wife, work, Apple

    Mac systems fulfil all my computing needs...

    I realized all I ever do with the thing is upgrade/patch/test stuff and run AmIRC. I guess I no longer need a 'Super Amiga' in 2003.

    I realized I will never fulfil my dream of developing an application, coz my brain is too dumb to get around MUI...and no time to dedicate to it.

    all sorts of stuff :-?

    Mega bummer. I can understand your position, and only wish we could keep you around--you've been a good friend to the community.

    Steve, you are a GREAT guy and you helped us alot at AmiWest. What are you doing?!?!

    Did she get stuck in a chair again!?!?!? :-)

    We have a good home for your system, but you have to explain a few things to the guy you will be delivering it to. And, (if you still want to do it) it has to go to him this weekend. :-o

    $2500 plus your expenses to get it there. OK?

    Please let us know. Thanks for your support and we hope one day you find your dreams again. :-)

    Sincerely,
    R&B :-)

    I know two people that I would think getting a Pegasos to would be imperative... Mr. FireWire, and Mr. Secret-Identity!!!!

    @JKD
    Please continue to hang around though, OK? Everyone I know still considers you a good friend!

    Seems like made up excuses to me ;-)

    @BBRV

    At $2500 I will sell my system and ME as a slave, (be it the worst kind of bonus EVER :) Which address? Dave Haynies? :)

    BBRV,
    I've said it before and I'll say it again....you guys are amazing.
    I hope your ambition drives you to the success that is owed...this is
    a great community and you have played no small part in nurturing it.

    I would love to take you up on this offer - hey, who doesn't need cash
    but can't anyway (bad timing, hiting one of the few weekends I
    actually have vacation booked.)

    Seriously tho' if you really wanted to pay $2.5k for a Peg I system, I
    bet you could get a line of people standing behind me ;-)

    If someone is that in need of a Peg system or you are desperate to get
    a peg system to somebody for a fair price...and by fair I mean
    equitable, then you have my mac.com email address - please mail me!

    gtg,

    @JKD:

    this is sad...

    but a 3-years old is probably much more important than any computer system. I understand this.

    But it whould be nice if you don't forget to post here @morphzone from time to time...becaus I really like your avatar. :-)

    Good luck for your future!

    Steve,

    There will always be a door open for you. We at AmiWest, and on lists and IRC - including Bill and Raquel - think the world of you.
