    Hi,

    Has anybody out there tried our Kryptos as bundled with MorphOS 2.2? I've not had much success with it on a Peg 2 system with 1 GB RAM, and an 80GB IDE disk. Specifically, when I configure Kryptos for either a partition (or file), when I try to copy files to the Kryptos created device, the system hangs solid (reset necessary). I can provide more specifics if required.

    Cheers,

    GS

    pretty useless feature for me. I would have prefered something useful (sputnik update?) to be bundled with mos2.2.

    why the hell would i encrypt my data, who the hell cares about my data ? :)

    I think it's a very usefull feature. I use truecrypt for encrypting my USBstick because there are files on it for my job. For instance I can now use that USBstick on my morphosmachine also.

    And I don't think that Kryptos is from the same person that is developing Sputnik, so that's a strange comment not ?

    Well... perhaps you're doing something wrong? Which filesystem do you use? Please post a crashlog too if you can.

    @SoundSquare:

    Well, you yourself should care about your data. Surely it doesn't make that much sense to encrypt your p0rn collection, but if you carry around some sensitive data on an usb-stick, you should be glad that nobody can read it, if it gets lost.

    HAHAHA thats a good one. I havent tried 2.2 yet, but Kryptos is a very cool feature. Only in morph community would someone complain about a new surprise software in the OS..lulz
