Finally! Thanks to Jaime "Crumb" Cagigal, I am the proud owner of a lovely third hand Pegasos I G3 (April). It works like a charm, and comes loaded with goodies, and a few glitches that I'm eager to solve.
New adventures await me, as I start imagining things like building a completely custom case, and a MorphOS install from scratch.
Computing as it used to be! Cool!

Congrats! I would not recommend the scratch install as crumb may have had alot of cool things installed/fixed. Unless you are having crazy probs

It's something about me, actually: I'm so overwhelmed by the huge amount of things it does, that I feel the need to "do it by myself" in order to know how it works.
By the way, I got this wonderful computer as a trade in for my beloved (but abandoned) Amiga 3000. I'm very happy with this swap, because I like the Pegasos and MorphOS a lot (have been following it since the "AmigaOS on PowerPC in 2000" announcement). But also, because Crumb will be the best father an Amiga can have. It's not about posessing things, it's about giving them good use. It that's not the case, one should give away his posessions to someone that really deserves them.
Guess what, that's why I am a bit worried, about being up to scratch with my new Pegasos!

This afternoon, hopefully, I'm going to collect the new AOpen H340H case I've bought for it. I decided to buy instead of creating, because it's too little money for the amount of problems that avoids me.
