    Can it be done?

That Gentoo LIVE DVD for the Peg is very stable and I'm sure very practical to use (if I only knew how to get it installed to my hard drive).

Is there any combination of linux distros for Peg and TV tuner cards that will make MythTV possible?

I even see that there is an HDTV version of MythTV that someone has a put together for an Intel box. It has a 3GHz processor, though. Not sure if a 1GHz G4 will handle HD content very well, assuming the available HD tuner cards are even compatible with the Peg.

Speaking of compatibililty, it seems the link for the tech specs on the pegasosppc.com website is broken. Can anyone post the add-on board compatibility list for the Pegasos II?

    Thanks.

Have a look here and email Peter.
I emailed him a few weeks ago and he answered nicely to all my questions. Back then there was a work in progress for a Gentoo / MythTV CD. There may be some news by now so if you find out anything please post here.
