    What do you try ?
The prog jalapeno exists in sys:applications/jalapeno
    No assign needet.
And if you try a exernal burner, choose the settings window of jalapeno to select your
    drive.

I think he refers to the Temporary Data Path, in the settings, which pointed to a non existing drawer, at least the first time I used Jalapeno a couple of days ago.

It didn't work for me when I tried to copy a CD for the first time I tried Jalapeno. It said something about not finding a file. As I wrote above, changing the Temporary Data Path, in the settings, to an existing drawer solved the problem.

Do you mean that you boot MorphOS3.7 from CD, then start Jalapeno and remove the OS CD from drive and insert blank disc, and then it complains? Hmm.. might need some assings indeed, but can't say for sure before trying...

I don't remember if you can boot from USB on Peg, maybe not. But that would solve the issue at least...

Jalapeno won't work if you boot from the MorphOS CD and then remove the CD. You would need two optical drives.

You can boot MorphOS 3.7 from HDD without installing too: just put a boot37.img (or so) and the morphos.iso on the partition you boot from, and run it from OpenFirmware by issuing something like:

    boot boot37.img bi=DH0:morphos.iso

(you may need to adjust the path)
