    Hi all!

    I'm just curious, if it is possible to somehow get, if the Pegasos2 has already updated it's openfirmware or not?

    Thanks in advance.

    Bye, MarK.

    Yes, like also others asked, it would be nice to have access to OF updates. There is always the time bug in the OF weare useing for example.

    Yes Magnetic, it is what I say: it would be nice that when the new boards will be shipped, the new OF would publicated for everyone, so that also we 'old' users ;-) can have it on our PegIIs.

    Well, but how to check, if my OF is updated or not? I would like to know, if I will have to upgrade my P2 or not, when it arrives... What is the actual version of OpenFirmware? I mean the newest one? And what is the version of the bPlan's update???

    Thanks, MarK.

    @MarK
    you can just flash the OF again to be sure. i also dont
    know if i allready had a new OF, so i flashed the OF update
    before i used setenv in OF. But before and after the OF
    update i got the same OF version and the same date.

    From what I've seen you don't want to try the OF update on a G3.

    That's not the problem, but what if I change the OF by the setenv and then I realize, that I should update the OF? What will happen? Or the update won't process?
