  • MIAMI -- LeBron James is atop the NBAs jersey-sales list once again. The Miami Heat star has the leagues hottest-selling jersey, marking the third time the NBAs reigning MVP and Finals MVP has held that distinction. James was No. 4 in the most recent rankings, released in April. Since then, all hes done is win his third MVP award, a second Olympic gold medal and help the Heat win the NBA championship -- the franchises second and his first. "Its an honour to be No. 1," said James, who last had the leagues bestselling jersey in April 2011. The league released its latest sales-rankings list on Wednesday, with the New York Knicks leading the team-sales category for the first time since December 2004. On the players list, Oklahoma Citys Kevin Durant checked in at No. 2, six spots higher than where he was in April and likely buoyed by the Thunder reaching the NBA Finals. Kobe Bryant of the Los Angeles Lakers has the leagues No. 3-selling jersey, followed by New Yorks Carmelo Anthony, Chicagos Derrick Rose, Bostons Rajon Rondo, Miamis Dwyane Wade, the Los Angeles Clippers Blake Griffin, the Lakers Dwight Howard and the Clippers Chris Paul at No. 10. Brooklyns Deron Williams is No. 11, followed by Oklahoma Citys Russell Westbrook, the Lakers Steve Nash, Bostons Paul Pierce and Dallas Dirk Nowitzki. The list is based on sales at the NBA Store in New York and NBAStore.com from April through Nov. 26. "I give all of the credit to the fans," said James, whose Cleveland jersey topped the league sales charts in 2004. "I would also like to thank all of my supporters and the Miami Heat organization. Lets keep it going." In the team sales rankings, the Knicks were one spot ahead of the Heat. New York was No. 2 in the April rankings, with Miami then at No. 4. The Lakers are No. 3 on the new list, followed by Chicago (which was No. 1 in April), Boston, Oklahoma City, Brooklyn, the Clippers, San Antonio and Dallas. The NBA said it had record-breaking sales over Thanksgiving weekend, saying sales on the so-called Cyber Monday were up more than 10 per cent over last year. Cyber Monday last year fell two days after the league and its players announced a tentative end to the NBA lockout. It was Westbrooks first time on the list. Rondo and Paul each moved up four spots, and the Lakers were the only team with three players among the top 15 bestsellers. Rose was No. 1 on the most recent list, released April 26. Houston guard Jeremy Lin, whose now-former Knicks jersey was No. 2 in the April rankings, fell out of the top 15. Bryan Bickell Jersey. LOUIS -- The St. Niklas Hjalmarsson Jersey. SUNRISE, Fla. -- The Nashville Predators have found a winning combination mixing newly acquired players with their experienced veterans. Mike Fisher scored early in the second period and Pekka Rinne made 39 saves in the Predators 3-1 victory over the Florida Panthers on Saturday night. Rinne tied Tomas Vokoun for the franchise record for victories in a season with 36. "So far, its so much fun to play," Rinne said. "Were coming together as a team. Weve got a young group of guys and with the few experienced guys, were having so much fun." David Legwand and Andrei Kostitsyn also scored, and Kostitsyn added an assist to help the Predators win for the fifth time in seven games. It was the 100th NHL goal for Kostitsyn, who was acquired this week at the trade deadline. Paul Gaustad and Hal Gill, also new additions, assisted on the goal. "Thats three really good additions to our already good team," Rinne said. Wojtek Wolski had the lone goal for the Panthers, who got 20 saves from Scott Clemmensen. Florida lost for the fifth time in six home games. "I think we could have had a better outcome," Panthers forward Tomas Fleischmann said. "Forty shots, one goal, thats not good." The Predators went ahead 2-0 28 seconds into the second on Fishers goal. Martin Erat passed the puck from behind the net to Fisher below the left circle for a shot that beat Clemmensen on the far side. "It was a great play by Erat to find me in the slot and I got a quick shot. It was good to get up by a couple and it was the winner," Fisher said. The Panthers cut the deficit to 2-1 on Wolskis second-period goal.dddddddddddd Marcel Goc passed the puck to Wolski who wristed a shot from the bottom of the right circle past Rinnes glove side at 7:49. Rinne even impressed the opposition. "I dont say this in a sarcastic or negative way at all, but goaltending was the difference tonight," Panthers coach Kevin Dineen said. "The goals that were scored on us, there were a couple of breakdowns, but certainly Pekka Rinne earns his keep every time he goes out. He had a heck of a game." Jerred Smithson came to Florida from Nashville on Feb. 24 and knows how good Rinne is. "Hes a world-class goaltender. We put pucks at him, we made him work. When he sees them hes going to stop them," Smithson said. "Ive been shooting on him for so long and I dont know how to beat him." Nashville restored its two-goal lead in the third when Legwand skated in on Clemmensen and backhanded a shot past him at 7:02. The Predators opened the scoring on Kostitsyns goal at 11:35 of the firsy period. Kostitsyn took control of the puck in the neutral zone, brought it to the right circle, and sent a wrist shot over Clemmensens right shoulder.
