Hello! Amiga had Scala Infochannel. A very nice program for presenting stuff. Macs got Keynote, while Windows have its presentation program.

Is there any presentation programs for MorphOS?

Now as MorphOS is available for several ppc laptops. It makes more sense to have such program even more. Amiga is known for its multimedia capabilities. Yet, I dont know if MorphOS got such program?

Yes, I can use Google Docs and use the presentatior there, but its not the same as have a program of its own that can be started from MorphOS directly.

Maybe, if there is enough interests in such program for MorphOS, then maybe a bounty could be put up?

    Any ideas?

Sounds like a job for Hollywood (didn't it even start out as some sort of presentation SW, "Rainbow" or something like that ??).

Hollywood Designer is the name of the presentation software. And yes, it started out as version 4 of Rainboot.

Yes as Andreas already sayed, there is Hollywood, latest version is 5.3 from July this year and there is also a Designer program which is called Hollywood Designer version 4.

Together they can be used to creat up to very complex presentations, look here:

and these 2 software are still under development :-)

Yes, it is a bit strange that we have not heard any new information regarding the announcement that Hollywood would soon be available for sale again, and even stranger that no explanation was ever given for why it had to be taken off the market for so long.

I guess it must have been some kind of IP conflict that needed to be sorted out with another developer, or company, or the author of Hollywood was just being ultra conservative, and thought he needed to investigate any possible copyright, or licensing infringement, before he continued selling a product, so he would not increase any possible penalties that he might be liable for, but these are all unfounded wild guesses by myself, as I have no real information about why Hollywood was removed from the market, or why now it has been announce that it will be available again for sale, some time in the future.

I have purchased every version of all Hollywood products and updates and think it is one of the greatest currently developed Amiga, and Morph software products. I wish for all the best of luck and success for the author in the future, and hope that what ever problems caused the stoppage of selling Hollywood are now behind him.
