There is a nice non technical italian report at Punto-Informatico, probably the most important daily e-zine dedicated to computing in Italy, but since it's targeted to regular readers that knows little (or nothing) about our machines it's not very deep: http://punto-informatico.it/p.asp?i=54767&r=PI .
