I have done all i can (I think) to get a working net!
The only thing is that i dont use a dhcp configuration...
I use a static ip with a gateway to my router...
I had set also primary and secondary DNS but nothing...
When i push online button on interfaces the net gooes online even if cable is disconnected.....
Maybe an hardware problem?
I use rhinevia.device ....
What I have to do?
I use a linux x86 flawless...
Where is the problem?

hmm... dunno what's wrong in your install. But I'm using a static-IP connection (with router/switch) too and it works well.

I made you a few screenshots and marked the AFAIR important parts. Hope they can help you. Oh.. and sorry that everything is ghosted, but i didn't wanted to go offline for the screenshots.

This configuration can be used also to make a LAN with Peg and PC?
I'd like to share the internet connection of my PC with my Peggy!
