Yes there is a solution !
You should use macfdisk to make a rdb on your partition so mac os X will see it as a new drive...

Use macfdisk ? to show you the command (you should add a disk with the beginning and end sector but I can't remenber which commands it is ...

But I am not sure the command macfdisk is in pegxmac...
Someone could try ? (I have debian installed here)
