Why is Genesi's logo no longer present in the main banner?

In an effort to more clearly communicate the current relationship between MorphZone and Genesi, the logo was moved from the top banner to the "Gold Sponsor" area displayed in the sidebar. The logo had been removed from the banner before but reappeared at some point because an outdated backup had been reinstalled.

Also, the old banner graphic showed an outdated version of the logo that had to be either removed or replaced anyway.

old genesi logo looked better with the red dot above the "i" in my opinion.
anyway, i use the old blue theme and the logo is still there (not for the new theme).

The old theme is no longer supported, so the logo will likely not be removed from it's banner. Personally, I would like some kind of morphos butterfly in the "logo corner." Just something to signify what MorphZone is about.

I like the Genesi logo, remember me some kind of ancient display computer (maybe Star Trek?!?)
and I'm agree with Sadddam: I liked the red dot on the "i".

@the logo: I have a fondness for the logo, both with and without that red dot. The red in it did give a nostalgic visual remembrance of sorts to old C= (at least to me), but the layout of the "pixels" seems both modern and timeless.
