Hmmm... I found
this post which says that 1.0 you linked doesn't work.
Actually the educational 1.0 model is mentioned on the 1.25 page http://www.everymac.com/systems/apple/emac/specs/emac_1.25.html
*Please note that there also is a 1.0 GHz variant of this model that was released exclusively to education.
Maybe I add some sort of mention it there, but not as different system...
