Afaik, there is no MIDI software synth available. Best option could be porting FluidSynth or SoundFont2.
Perhaps a camd.library compatible "Timidity" would be an easier port to begin with?
There is some 68k port of timidity available on aminet. Didn't bothered testing them.
Not an expert in porting random things coming from n*x.
