All you need to do is replacing Pentium by the computer name you specified during installation.
For the sake of completeness, "MSHEIMNETZ" is the default workgroup name when you run Windows XP Home in German. The default name varies depending on the version of Windows you use. Also, some users use a custom workgroup name.
