When i start Mini G4 with Apple 30" Cinema Display, the screen not work.

The best Screen Resolution of ACP is 2560 x 1600 (Dual-Link DVI). The Mini can work with Normal DVI 1920 x 1200.

    Can´t MorphOS 1920 x1200?

Biggest resolution on my Mini (silent upgrade) is 1920x1080. There is more possible, but my monitor doesn't allow vertical frequences lower than 56Hz.......
MOS reads monitors frequency range at startup and calculates possible resolutions. If you go to Sysprefs/monitors and click on "new" (for new screen-modi), you can see all resolutions calculated. Some of them may not work on your monitor. You see also the frequency-range of your monitor by clicking on "edit" (ignore safety message). Compare them to your monitors technical data - maybe they where read wrong......

Had MorphOS running at that resolution on a MacMini starting with 2.4, so yeah it does work.

There seems to be an issue connecting SingleDVI computers to a DualDVI monitor.

MacOS X and Linux (Mint PPC 11) works great on this Mini and 30" ACP. There seems to be an issue in MorphOS.

Maximum screen size with a Mac Mini is 1920x1200. Which is what I got.

It might be that the MorphOS Radeon driver tries to open a 2560x1600 screen because that is the native monitor resolution but the mini radeon chip isnt able to deal with that.

I dont think the mini has the required video adapter to support the 30" display. That display required a dual link capable display adapter.

Can confirm after some research that the G4 mini CANT run a 30" Apple cinema display.

The Mac Mini G4 can work with 30" Apple Cinema Display with Single-Link DVI.

It works on OS X and Linux (PPC) with 1920 x 1200 Display Resolution without Problems.
