AFAIK, the 9200/9250 is the best OS4 cards with proper driver support (2D acceleration, 3D acceleration, overlay, etc). Even the R300 is lacking in support AFAIK, and the Radeon HD driver hasn't even got to a final 1.0 release of its 2D support yet (and it isn't part of the OS4 package anyway AFAIK). So I would say the 9200/9250 is the best OS4 cards period, no matter socket/interface.
