I have settled on a non lcs system at 2.3ghz
I would like to sell these heatsinks/cpus at 2ghz

Asking $40 plus shipping.
I have not tested the cpus but could.

I'm potentially interested pending shipping fees to USA. Also, I don't need the CPUs, I have a 2.7ghz, I just wanted to try to use the heatsinks and cooling equipment to replace my LCS. Is this possible?

I don't know about that, wouldn't it need more cooling than the 2.0 heat sink would provide?

My powermac G5 is 2.7 one with a replacement dual 2.0 non-liquid cooled CPU board, works fine for me.

I bought it like that, I didn't do it. Dunno how easy it was.

I bought these to remove an LCS system I never got.
I also bought a set of fans and molex connectors also.
I have a total of $67 invested in all of this hardware and will sell it to you for that/free shipping in the usa.
