    or this one :
    http://www.amazon.ca/512MB-PC2-4200-NONECC-200PIN-SODIMM/dp/B0009PZSA8/ref=sr_1_9?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1370377642&sr=1-9&keywords=sodimm+ddr2+4200+512

    http://store.apple.com/ca/product/MA939G/B/apple-memory-module-2gb-667mhz-ddr2-pc2-5300-1x2gb-so-dimm
(but the bus is 5300, is it annoying ?)
    or here :
    http://www.amazon.ca/PowerBook-Upgrade-PC2-4200-SODIMMs-different/dp/B009F4G1HI/ref=sr_1_39?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1370377904&sr=1-39&keywords=sodimm+ddr2+4200+1gb

All 1.67GHz PowerBooks can take 2GB and even if MorphOS only see 1.5GB of that it makes no sence to upgrade to a smaller amount.

Given by the RAM-modules you linked I assume you either have a 5.8 (15") or 5.9 (17") PowerBook. These can take the 2GB in 1 module.
Might be a bit cheaper than 2x1GB. 2nd RAM-slot is 100% ignorec if 2GB is installed in the other.

If your PowerBook is a slighly older 5.6 or 5.7 you'll need 2 modules 1GB each, but some of these units (only 5.6 AFAIK) suffer from 1 slot being dead limiting it to 1GB.
