I thought TV out was going to be supported in 3.2?

I do not see it in the release notes.

I guess you mean the DVI Connector on your PowerBook. No one said it will be supported.

TV-Out is something completly different and supported since ages. All you need is to set up a PAL or NTSC resolution and connect a TV by using an S-Video cable to TV out port of the radeon.

It is funny how the "Please release the os at current state, even if unfinished!" mood after release turned into "Why no internal wifi? Why no display out? Why no ..." :-)

Ahhhhhhhhhhh.....but they DIDN'T release it early.
    It was released on time.
And I am referring to the DVI connector, not analog.
    :-)

And someone did mention it being supported.

That's what has been claimed by a user a few months back. But according to geit, there's none.

My experience is that if you hook up the dvi it will work in mirrored mode, it will just be synced wrong and appear misshaped on the larger external screen. Mine was shrunk inwards from the left and right, but it was there. I was thinking there was a mirror setting that would fix the sync issue.
