I have now tested again with "boot /pci/cd" and it returns "Cant't open device or file"

It seems I am not possible to upgrade my 3.1 installation. I only have 2 things I know of that is different compared to a clean 3.1 installation:

suspect1:Chrysalis - Can it be that it is Chrysalis causing this?
suspect2:Dual OS - Can it be that I have 2 OS and partitions causing this? (OSX is on the other partition)

I don't know where to go from here - suppose i shouldn't be the only one so it would be good to find the reason and the solution for my sito
