    Still haven't sobered up enough to check the others, but my Unsupported Quad G5 2.5's apple own wireless network card is:

    Wireless Card Type: AirPort Extreme (0x14E4, 0x4318)
    Wireless Card Locale: Unknown
    Wireless Card Firmware Version: Broadcom BCM43xx 1.0 (4.170.25.8)

    So another good reason to support them...

    Hi guys,

    I'm willing to know about wifi cards cause my PowerMac
    does not accept one Airport Extreme card I've got here lying
    around (MDD FW400).

    Do any of the mentioned cards work over the
    PCMCIA slot on PowerMac G4.

    Are Airport cards supported? (not extreme)

    Would a PCI Wifi card Airport compatible be recognized and work?

    And too, if there's some concrete model of PCI Wifi card working fine.
