In theory, yes (unless there are CardBus-handling issues that only the MorphOS devs would be aware of).
EDIT: BTW, compatibility with the Linux madwifi driver is more relevant than the ath5k one, as madwifi and atheros5000.device are both based on the official Atheros HAL.
