Hi all,

I followed the tutos for flashing ati radeon 9x00 but cards don't work on my G4 QuickSilver even if I taped the 3 & 11 pins. I think it came from version of atiflash.exe :

I've already successfully flashed my 9200SE few weeks ago, but when I try the new atiflash with the same good rom from last weeks, the card doesn't work anymore in the G4 !

So there is trouble with atiflash !

Which version must I use to perform good flashing of cards ?

Never had a problem using any recent version of atiflash.
You did the proper resistor mods?

Ok, I've find the problem :
I've tried another version of atiflash (v3.95) and its ok now. The 9200 works now under MOS with my G4...
Other version of atiflash didn't tell that flash wasn't good, but the card didn't work.
This verison didn't tell anyhing to, but the cards boot !

So be carefull to version of atiflash, it seems to be affecting

used versions without successful : v3.50, v3.71, v3.79, v3.99
used version with great result : v3.95
