You might want ot check out Krashan's
Guide to buying a Powerbook for MorphOS.
Also I believe the 1.67GHz only comes in 15" and 17" versions, although not all 15"/17" Powerbooks are 1.67GHz, so be wary of relying on screen size as a guide. Check the guide.
