Hi,

Before MorphOS version reaches Apple PPC notebook, I decided to try to assess its overall costs as a refurbished machine. All the more most people claim AOS4 machines are extremely expensive.

I hereby ask for help since I know not much of Apple spare parts' pricing and shops.

I'd like to compile the following items altogether:
- a typical ebay offer for used Apple notebook in perfect condition (will never get its precise market name until I get one I'mm afraid)
- plus new HDD fitting to it, lowest capacity available
- plus new CD drive (a substitute, combo or not), compatible
- plus the new battery (longest run would be great)
- also MOS license
- MacOSX license included, fine

I ask people that already assessed this, because there must be quite a few. I am pretty sure this all costs quite a sum, but at the time of its entry, still, the pricing should be way lower than the Sam box.
