Seriously, I didn't know diferences between 7455 and 7447. So...

I guess he's referring to the Quicksilver only. As far as I know, Quicksilver has two +28 pins; one for the video card for apple display and the other for the logic board. MDD doesn't need of the +28, -10 and PWR-OK wires, as referred here:
