I had your problem, It's a temperature problem, and in my case It was solved with enabled NAP (with your same card Sonnet Encore MDX dual G4@1800)
You find NAP in CHUD package (I used version 4.6.2), in this picture you see it with a different CPU card (a Sonnet ST single G4) ...but It's the same.
