Well, it's still mainly speculation, especially without even knowing the precise CPU. But let's assume the X1000 CPU will be twice as fast as a G4@1.5GHz... Even then, benchmarks in 3d or video/mplayer area show they might still lose the comparison, even with a twice as fast computer. :)
