    Hi all,

Just got my old Peg 1 out and would like to use SCSI with it, I have a few Adaptec cards but will MorphOS see any of them? Do I need drivers? Any help guys?

It has been a long time ago, but as far as I can remember, nothing special was needed. I use it for my SCSI-scanner(Mustek 6000 SP) and had never a problem (I use FX-Scan).

    Regards Tom

But... SCSI cards have their own BIOS. That's why, for example, on a PC, they are readily useful in the operating system.
Does this mean that we are benefiting again from SmartFirmware's x86 emulator?

    Hi guys

Just so you know, we have Symbios 895 pci scsi cards for Pegasos IN STOCK NOW for $39.95 US. These are fully tested with Linux and MOS and are the FASTEST UWSCSI cards available for PEgasos/MOS (80mb/sec!!). I also have 1 symbios 810 card left (fast scsi not as fast) for $19.95...

STAY AWAY from Symbios 875 cards the driver is bugged unless you get lucky.
