The ZM-NB47J is a perfect fit (and blue!), and coldly recommended (preferably with a large low rpm fan blowing in its direction). ;)

CISC, that one is fanless. Is it safe for a G4 CPU card? I'd love to get one and not worry about the fan ever again.
