Maybe its slow because its connected on a USB 1.1 Port too?

I suspect you mean EHCI, as there's always been support for UHCI. ;)

..and well, Poseidon supports it, but the driver hasn't been released yet (though, didn't ArakAttack come with a EHCI driver? can't remember...), as for the slowness, it's known and fixed (that is; it'll be as fast as 1.1 should be, not as fast as 2.0) in a hopefully soon-to-be-released uhciusb.device update (it's up to platon42 when that will be)...

I tried out ArakAttack, and I could not get it working with EHCI.

I tried the "old" ArakAttack version for Poseidon V2 as well as the new version for V3, I tried out both versions with Poseidon V2 and V3, I tried out the old ArakAttack version in the registered and in the unregistered version. And I tried out USB2.0 cards with three different Chips: VIA, Ali and NEC.

Nothing did help here, it just doesnt work properly, which means I get lockups within seconds.

uhm, well, another problem... when i connected the 2.5" hdd via usb for the first time, it worked flawlessly, but when i reconnected it second time, it doesn't initialize... what could be the problem? i didn't change any settings at all... also the name of the usb device isn't recognized correctly... could it be broken? (the hdd itself is okay, tested in a1200 :-) )

thanks for any advices, suggestions :-)

    bye, MarK.

    Thx for the report.

Apparently NicoPPC has written an EHCI driver for Morphos, but the so called "1.5" is needed..
