Help Installing AmithlonTV

    Hello
    I just purchased a nice BT878 Happauge WINTV Pci card for my Peg. I also downloaded the Amithlon TV software. I installed the program and it launches. I get a picture but its really screwed up looking, is there any special settings I need? Any help is appreciated.


    Also has anyone tried that other capture software for peg?

    Thanks for the response.. Do you have a link to Visionary? I tried vgr.com but couldnt connect..

    BTW I fixed the prob with Amithlon tv - the prog defaulted to PAL :-)

    Anyone who has used apps/programs with a tv card please post results here.

    However... :-(

    Trying to launch:

    1. The Outstanding Looking Icon "Visionary" I get a requestor that says "can't open version 0 of amigaguide library"

    2. Try to lauch "oldVisionary" icon I get

    "NO Mimetype for Mos2:Tools/Visionary"

    3. From "Visionary 0.18" launch I get:(yet) unsupported Hauppauge WinTV model 44801 tunercode 0xa revision C310
    no skin !

    4. From "Visonary.021" I get same error as 3

    5 and "Visonaryxxx" give same error

    Are we missing something?

    Yeah i know that i am the man ;-)

    no all you need shoud be in the Dir, maybe you Card won't work with Visionary i had a Hauppauge WinTV that refuse to work, it had a different Revision that i have now.

    btr_8x8 v0.06 can work with Hauppauge WinTV 44914 now! :-)
    If it cant work with WinTV 44801 - just email me ;-)
