in the short and right, i have only a G3 but now @
800 MHz, the speed-increase in the ram is about
10 percent more, than with 600 MHz.

so my new memtest results are:

Allocated memory at 0x274D8808 -> 0x2D3AE07F, 99440760 bytes
Writing 0x00000000... 110 MB/sec.
Verifying 0x00000000... 164 MB/sec.
Writing 0xFFFFFFFF... 110 MB/sec.
Verifying 0xFFFFFFFF... 164 MB/sec.
Memory is ok!

with DDR 333-modules.
