Being a MorphOS newbie, I`d like to know what software I`d need, and how to set up a DSL connection with T-COM. Has anyone seen some docs or anything like that?

You would need a TCP/IP stack like Genesis (from os 3.9 cd) or MIami or MIamiDX.

Dazu brauchst Du entweder MiamiDX oder wenns einfacher gehen soll einen DSL-Router, oder MOS1.5 da soll ein PPC-Nativer TCP/IP Stack enthalten sein!

MiamiDX has an excellent guide included, simply hit the HELP key.
It is everything explained in there, follow the intructions and it will work.

Bei Telebim mußt du noch beachten, daß die irgendwie 2 Nummern als Login verwenden, die Mann halt aneinander hängen muß.

errr... that is strange. Just setup Miamidx for DHCP and your router should do the rest!

    Hi magnetic,

With me this also didn't work in the past.
I just ended up asking for all relevant IP-adresses from my provider.
And I've arranged with them to having a fixed IP-adress.

And yes, I agree with you Miami should detect everyting :-)

    Bye,

Your problems are strange. And i think a source of problem is router, not Pegasos. I used ADSL connection with my Amiga (and then Pegasos) for a half of the year and i will continue using it next week (i've moved) and i have no problems. My router are Conexant GE5000 (or 500 - don't remember exactly). It is set up in NAT mode and connects to the provider using PPPoE. Pegasos has usual TCP/IP connection to the router using Genesis v1.06 stack. Default gateway and DNS address is my router's IP. This works fine!
You can check your system in the following way:
    1. Try to ping the router.
    2. Try to enter your router's setup HTTP server and navigate there.
If (1) or (2) works badly then the problem is really between your Pegasos and router. But this is unlikely to happen.
    3. Try to ping your provider's IP (you can look it up in the router's status page). If this fails, the problem is inside your ADSL link or router setup.
    4. Try to ping (or work with) some server outside. Failure at this stage points to the problem in network channels of your provider. This would mean you should forget about it and find a normal one. :-)
