I think you are talking about the
maximum size of the micro ATX specification. But it is definetely a microATX because it follows the standards: does not exceed that size, the holes are on the right places for microATX towers, the orientation of the card slots, etc...
Anyway, I saw a lot of mini-ITX cases around here where it would fit, but the problem is not the size but the other things of the microATX standard. Basically, you wouldn't be able to fit any card because of the orientation of the slots.
I bought a microATX slim case, where you can use low profile cards (shorter than normal).

I have also seen people that fits pc boards in cartoon boxes or plastic tanks...
