Perhaps you should get your facts straight.

There is no investment scam relating to Genesi.

There are no employees of Genesi USA, only consultants.

Some consultants are no longer providing services to the company and some are owed for those services. When we are in a financial position to do so, we will compensate all consultants for the value of the services rendered.

We have released products that work and are constantly being improved. Those who review these products with an open mind acknowledge the potential and see the future.

We are growing, improving and will suceed.

First, the clarification between employee and consultant is one for the employment department of Indiana to make, not you.

Second, do you get a paycheck?

If so, I would recommend using that money to repay the bad checks and lies you have given out to your developers.

As a "COO", you are responsible to answer directly to the Indiana state and US federal government for your actions.
