Though I started in the '90's making mods, and only used Protracker, Octamed, Fasttracker and Digibooster pro, I've made a few and I do agree that Protracker 2.3b had the most functional interface. Then again, I rather used PT 3.15 - 4.0, because it combined funtionality with a more user-friendly interface. Shame development stopped before they got the ps3m replayer to work.

The interface of DBpro was nice but a bit unhandy, the interface of octamed (ss)...well, what interface ( ) and the interface of FT2 was just silly (but it must have looked like heaven to the poor screamtracker users . The screenshot of "ProtrackerII"...it makes me think of candy.
