Wireless LAN's with Your Pegasos?

    Has anyone used a pci wireless lan card with their Pegasos? or must we write new drivers for these?

    on my wireless card (on the pc) there are settings that need to be set, WEP, passcode etc.. I wouldnt know how those would be set under MOS.

    My guess would be that you need to write drivers if it can't emulate a card that you have drivers for. Another way is to buy a 802.11 bridge (no drivers needed).

    Ether to 802.11 bridge. It allows you to connect to a wireless network with out a wireless card. There are many to chose from like
    Netgear's ME101.

    I was not aware of this product. I had thought to
    purchase a wireless router which had ethernet ports as well
    but this wouldn't allow me to move the pegasos anywhere
    in the house. it would mean I would have to move the router
    as well. I think this wireless bridge will solve my problem
    better.
