    The idea is to use it as a SATA2 controller to connect a Crucial or Samsung SATA2/3-compatible SSD for use in MorphOS, which would be better and more compatible than the PowerMac G5’s built-in SATA1 controller.
    Do you have any suggestions? These cards usually have RAID enabled by default; perhaps it would be useful to disable it, but I imagine that would have to be done from a PC.
