Boot X5000, go to shell and type:

setenv morphosargs EDEBUGFLAGS=init
saveenv
Basically enabling this flags "fixed" my system, cold boot, reboots, booting fine all the time now.

If your gmail I had in my records is still valid you should have a full log there.
