Your boot-device points to a .tbxi-file on drive hd:. This is a special signed file, what OF is searching at begin and starts it.(like to our startup-sequence).
To start MOS there is also a tbxi-file named bootinfo.txt. This file has to be "blessed" (signed), so that OF can find and start it (refer to doc on ISO - this file is located in mac_ppc32.
It seems that in your case on hd: is no such file or not blessed! This can be done by shell command
HFSSetMacBoot bootinfo.txtThen reboot.
