You say you've got nVidia 6600 installed, so your computer is a PCIe Power Mac G5. In that case Radeon X1950 is your best bet for MorphOS IMO.

found several video cards on Ebay, but unfortunately the MorphOS compatibility list says that all of them do not support Warp 3D! I would like to play older Amiga games that use Warp3D! If I buy a video card that does not support Warp3D, will I not be able to run Warp3D games?
I wonder what specific "older Amiga Warp3D games" you mean, but short answer is - on the card I'm reccomending to you there's no way the hardware 3D acceleration would work for Warp3D titles right now.
Your options are:
1. Use "software acceleration" aka Wazp3D (works okay-ish)
2. Wait for the promised Warp3D wrapper for newer gfx cards (any time now... :)
3. Check if there's no "native" version of the games you've got on your mind
I believe there's no fourth option (Was there any PCIe Radeon 9200 or lower? I don't think so. Would a hypothetical PCIe->AGP or PCIe->PCI adapter even work? No idea).
